LIQUIDS DIET

WHAT IS LIQUID DIET??

Liquid diets are extreme diets for losing weight..
This diet could be perform with only eating and drinking a food water source as thhe menu for the food in ur diets...
But remember, the liquids diets are making you losing more water in your body, the symptoms will be shown and advice to not doing a heavy works and a lots of rest are needed...

Normally, people that practice this diets mostly have lost almost 7kg or maximum 15kg for just a week.. but a strong mind and stamina are needed to perform this diets successfully ..

I have been a three days of Liquids diets.. and losing about a 1.5kg of weight since the diets begin..

Before : 57kg
Current : 55.5kg
